Transition to Editorial Manager

Cochrane is in the process of transitioning from using Archie as its editorial management system to Editorial Manager (EM) for managing all steps of the editorial process for protocols, reviews, and review updates. All active titles (except those slated for completion in 2021) will be transferred to the new system in the coming months.

If you are an author of a Cochrane Gut title, you do not need to do anything at this time. When your title is transferred to EM from Archie, you will receive a notice from EM, which will provide detailed instructions to support your move to the new system. You will continue to use RevMan Web or RM5 to prepare your submission.

Please send all questions or technical issues regarding EM to support@cochrane.org. If you are interested in learning more now, there is information available here: Editorial Manager - Information for authors

Cochrane Gut is also only accepting new expressions of interest (title proposals) through EM. You can read more about this here: Proposing and registering new Cochrane Gut titles.
